1Who we are, and what these terms cover#
Dashies is operated by Micheal Ben Nun, established in Israel. In these terms "Dashies", "we" and "us" mean that operator, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
These terms are the agreement between us. You accept them by creating an account, by publishing or opening a dashboard, or by paying for a plan. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" then means that organisation.
Our privacy policy explains what we do with personal data and forms part of this agreement.
2What Dashies is#
Dashies hosts, refreshes and serves dashboards that your own AI tool authors. We do not write your dashboard and we do not supply the AI that does.
- Your AI tool writes a dashboard specification and publishes it through our MCP server. We compile it into a page, store the result, and serve it at
https://<workspace>.dashies.ai/<slug>. - A dashboard's numbers are computed once and stored rather than re-queried on every view. Dashies therefore holds a copy of the aggregated results of your queries. How much that copy contains is decided entirely by how your query is written.
- On a schedule you choose, we re-run your SQL on our servers and update the stored numbers. No AI is involved in a refresh.
Every dashboard is access-gated. A dashboard is readable by the current members of the workspace it was published into and by nobody else. There is no public dashboard and no anonymous viewing: a signed-out visitor is sent to sign in, and a link shared outside the workspace does not open.

3Accounts, workspaces and seats#
- Every dashboard lives in a workspace, and every plan is sold at workspace scope. There is no personal plan.
- There are two kinds of seat. A creator builds dashboards and connects data sources; a viewer reads them. Both are billable members of the workspace.
- Workspace administrators can invite, promote and remove members, and can read the workspace audit log.
- A workspace that proves control of an email domain by DNS record can create sign-in sessions and add members only for addresses on that domain. A domain can be verified by one workspace at a time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for what the members of your workspace do, and for keeping a working contact address on the account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. Dashies is not intended for children and we do not knowingly provide it to them.
4Your content, and the licence you give us#
You keep ownership of everything you bring to Dashies: your SQL, your dashboard specifications, files you upload, the data we extract on your instruction, and the pages we serve from them.
To run the service we need a licence to handle that content, so you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, compile, transmit and display it. That licence exists only to operate, secure and support the service for you, it is limited to the time you keep the content on Dashies, and it gives us no right to use your content for anything else.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for having the rights you need in the content you bring here, including the right to extract and store the data behind your dashboards.
5Acceptable use#
You agree not to:
- publish content you do not have the right to share
- host malware, phishing pages, or anything unlawful where you are or where we are
- use Dashies to send unsolicited messages
- attempt to reach another customer's data, escape the isolation a published dashboard runs under, or circumvent access control
- probe, scan, load-test or attack the service, except as our security policy allows
- resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement
- connect a warehouse you are not authorised to connect, or supply a credential that is not yours to supply

6Connecting your warehouse#
When you connect a data source you give us a credential that reaches your own systems. Dashies connects outward to the warehouse you name; nothing connects inward to you.
The privilege level of that credential is your decision. Microsoft SQL Server is the only engine on which we verify that the login you supplied is read-only. On every other engine, including PostgreSQL, a credential with write access has write access, and our read-only query check is the only thing standing in front of it. Give us the narrowest credential that does the job.
- We read with the identity you give us. If that identity can see a table, a dashboard built on it can show what it returns.
- Your warehouse has to be reachable from the public internet. IP allow-listing is available only for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and a PostgreSQL database you add as accepting connections only from known addresses, and our documentation lists the addresses to allow.
- Credentials are written to an encrypted secret store and are never returned to you, to your AI tool, or to our support. Changing one means replacing it.

7Plans, billing and tax#
Plans are per seat and are sold at workspace scope. Current prices, seat types and what each plan includes are on the pricing page, which is the only place we state a price.
Polar is our merchant of record. Polar (polar.sh (opens in a new tab)) sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Polar's own terms and privacy notice apply to that transaction alongside these terms. We never receive or store your card details.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, GST and sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- Yearly plans are billed for the full term at the start of the term.
- A new workspace receives a 14-day trial of the Pro plan, granted once per creator, with no card required. When it ends the workspace returns to the Free plan unless a subscription is in place.
- Adding a seat during a term is charged at the time, pro rata for the rest of the term.
- Reducing seats takes effect immediately and is credited against your next invoice. It is not refunded.
- If a payment fails we keep your access for a grace period and tell you. If it is still unpaid after that, the workspace returns to the Free plan: dashboards are not deleted, but scheduled refreshes and warehouse connections stop.
8Cancellation and refunds#
You can cancel at any time from your plan settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep the paid features until then, and you can reverse the cancellation any time before it takes effect.
Except where the law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived, fees already paid are not refundable. We do not refund part-periods, unused seats or unused time.
If we end your subscription for our own convenience rather than because you breached these terms, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
9Availability, and changes to the service#
We do not offer a service level agreement. We do not commit to an uptime figure and we do not offer service credits. Scheduled refreshes run on a best-effort basis within the published capacity limits.
We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan does, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel.
We may change prices. A price change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand.
10Suspension and termination#
You can stop using Dashies at any time by cancelling your plan and asking us to delete your account.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or where continuing would expose us or another customer to legal risk. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. We may act immediately where content is unlawful, where an attack is in progress, or where we are required to.
After termination we delete your content in the ordinary course of operating the service. If you want a copy of something, take it before you go or ask us while the account still exists.
11Our intellectual property, and your feedback#
The service, the software behind it, the dashboard runtime, the documentation, and the Dashies name and logo are ours or our licensors'. These terms give you no right in them beyond using the service as they allow.
If you send us feedback, a suggestion or a feature idea, we may use it without any obligation to you and without it becoming confidential. That does not give us any right in your content or your data.
12Verifying your numbers is your responsibility#
This clause is specific to what Dashies does, and it is the one most worth reading twice.
- Your AI tool writes the SQL. We run the query you publish. We do not check that it answers the question you meant to ask.
- A dashboard shows stored numbers, not live ones. It shows what the last successful refresh produced. Check the freshness stamp before relying on a figure.
- A refresh can fail, and a dashboard whose refresh failed keeps showing its previous numbers until the failure is resolved. We surface failures through refresh history and alerts; acting on them is yours.
We give you tools to check: a verification tool that compares a published dashboard against the warehouse, a dialog that shows the exact SQL behind a number, refresh run history, and failure alerts. Decisions you take on the basis of a Dashies dashboard are yours, and we are not responsible for an outcome that follows from a number you did not verify.
13Disclaimers#
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We specifically disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any number it displays will be accurate or complete.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is so, this clause applies to the fullest extent those laws permit and your non-waivable rights are unaffected.
14Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if it was told such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service, for all claims in any twelve-month period, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15Indemnity#
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and against the reasonable costs of them, arising from the content you bring to Dashies, from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from your breach of applicable law. We will tell you about any such claim promptly, let you control its defence and settlement so far as it concerns you, and cooperate at your expense.
16Governing law and venue#
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the service, are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us submit to them.
If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor to our business.
17Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies to you. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect is acceptance of it; if you do not accept, cancel before it takes effect.
The date at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading. We do not re-date it unless the text has changed.
